Ordering

How do I order?

We try to make it as simple as possible. Submit a quote. Receive confirmation and pin layout. Submit payment. Receive your custom products! If you have any questions throughout the process you can email us or chat with us on our site.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 50pcs, but we recommend ordering at least 100pcs because it is a far better value when it comes to price per piece.

What is the best way to contact you?

Artwork

What type of artwork do you accept?

We prefer a vectorized artwork (.pdf, .ai, .eps, or .svg format) but if you do not have the file in one of those formats don’t worry! We will work with what you have and if we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

Can you help us create artwork?

If you have an idea, you can still reach out to you. We will make it happen for you.

Production and Shipping

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks.

What is your shipping time?

We offer free ground shipping (4-5 days). If you need your order expedited, please let us know!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

Where do you make the products?

We have factories overseas that we produce the goods in and ship them over to you.
